• Responsible for 16 shops for the group in area.
• Follow up for (daily sales - stock report - all sales operation and stock movement between warehouse and branches )
• Prepare monthly targets and quarter targets for all branches and total area
• HR follow up for 75 staff.
• Finding new branches in good locations to increase sales.
• Hired employees as sales men for new shops and trained them.
• Monthly training for new products and developing sales skills for all staff.
• Daily Reporting to country manager in Makkah
• Responsible for eastern and central region in ksa
• Manage sales and merchandizing team(motoagents) 4 in Riyadh and 2 in dammam and daily follow up for sell in and sell out .
• Managing the daily report and analyze it then prepare the weekly results and make weekly report for sales and marketing activities.
• Competitor's activities.
• Market analyzes for the prices and fast moving items and markets needs.
• Send all this report to our head quarter in UK.
• Responsible for eastern and central region in ksa
• Manage team for 14 sfo in Riyadh & 8 sfo in Dammam & Khobar( daily follow up for daily visits and daily reports and daily pics for the market)
• Holding and arranging training for all my staff about all our products and manage training for all retailers and frontliners at all market (power retailers - key accounts - traditional market retailers).
• Managing all marketing activities in my region and follow up with daily sales for our promoters at power retailers.
• Daily updates for all the competitors activities in each region and suggest the ideas and reactions to fight them and keep our shelf share and market share going up.
• Responsible for 3 salesmen and their daily sales, Retail& wholesales at Almorsalat and Altakhasusi and Albattha.
• Make Product training on all new models from all brands for all our retailers and whole sellers.
• Managing the daily sales plan and daily reports for the movement of the salesmen and the movement of our stock items.
• Preparing and working on the new orders for the new items and manage its sales.
