The profile responsibility includes creating all-round digital marketing strategy for IHM Aurangabad with branding & lead generation as primary goals.

Currently, I handle website maintenance, social media marketing (including live streaming), and email marketing for the institute.

Generated 500 leads (per lead value is $25, 400) using organic methods with each lead valued at $6000.

I have also executed and manager the online recruitment process of IHM-A through their official website.

The role involves following responsibilities:

1. Promote each department of the organization and their weekly, monthly and yearly initiatives by conducting organic and paid campaign for the department.

2. Increase interaction with citizens using multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).

3. Spread awareness about all the initiatives and events by the organization.

4. Conducted live Social Media coverage of Social "Pune Smart City" initiative launched by Hon. Prime Minister of India (Shri. Narendra Modi).

Ranked the event hashtag as number one on Twitter on the day of the event.

5. Won the "Order of Merit" award for "Social Media Initiative of the year" (Smart Cities for 2016).

6. Conducted live social media coverage of Municipal elections 2017 and earned praise & positive feedback from citizens.

7. Run and manage the community beta testers which is comprised of citizens. All new app, website features are tested by beta testers before being released for citizens.
