Handling the nomination and free hand cargo of (Export/Import Air & Sea).
Preparation of HBL, MBL, AWBL etc.
Booking of shipments on respective Shipping lines/Air lines to meet the rates and transit time requirements of the valuable clients.
Place import orders of various types of goods on behalf of importers/consignee and make final deliveries at client’s Factory/premises.
Preparation of Air & Sea Export/Import Job Sheets.
Follow up as well as tracking of local transportation of shipments.
Follow up as well as tracking of both Air & Sea cargo till final deliveries.
Communication with Vendors, Warehouses, Shipping lines, Air lines & Clearing Agents for smooth delivery of the Cargo and Documents.
Cooperation & develop business relations with local clients and foreign Associates.
Pre alert to shippers, consignees & foreign agents with regard to departure, routing and transit time.
Complete correspondence of Exports/Import (Air & Sea) matters.
Working on local & international sales leads for both Air & Sea cargo.
Handling of custom clearance of both Air & Sea export/import cargo and prepare the online Goods Declarations (GD’s).
Visits of Sialkot Dry port Trust as well as Sialkot International Airport (SIAL) for smooth custom clearance of the cargo(s).
Communicating via phone calls, faxes & e-mail etc., Ability to run export software, Outlook Express, and maintaining general files and records.
