• Ensure that Jet Airways provides total customer satisfaction with service quality excellence consistently.
• Provide internal staff with professional administrative support including taking accurate and proper detailed messages, word processing duties, attending to routine correspondence and when require prepare written reports.
• Co-ordinate and handle correspondence with customers and inter department staff.
• Update and maintain records of customers.
• Assist in customer retention and feedback, decrease customer complaints.
• Implements customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To perform special tasks as assigned by Operation Manager.
• Able to handle additional responsibilities in line with the Cargo Department’s expansion plan
• Very good knowledge of the market situation and giving maximum support to the sales and operation team to secure maximum business.

• Well aware of IATA TACT rules.
• Well aware of booking and pricing procedures of HUM & AVI Shipments.
• Monitor the staffs and ensure all operations will function smoothly.
• Very good knowledge of B738/B737/A330& B77 operations.
• Oversee and supervise employees on their daily activities
• Performs other related functions as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the team

• Make reservation in Egypt Air cargo spot system.
• Preparing Load plan for A330/B77/B738/A320 /A321 for Egypt Air flights.
• Preparing Load plan for Egypt Air truck Flights.
• Ensure SCM reports are updated in records on weekly basis.
• Ensure that buildup is completed on time and that uld’s are maximized in terms of utilization.
• Thorough knowledge of cargo operations and cargo acceptance procedures, live animals and cargo automation. .
• Well aware of booking and pricing procedures for all types of cargo - HUM, VAL, AVI, VIP.
• Ensure that flight manifesting is done as per procedures and that all documents accompany the manifest.
• Ensure accuracy of the information entered in the cargo spot system.
• Liaise with other departments in the company on adhoc bases to ensure smooth functioning of all processes.

• Preparing and delivering detailed briefings and updates as required within the Space Control and HUB operations
• Preparing load plan for B739/B738/B737/E75 and Oman Air truck flights.

• Maintains close relationships with Airlines, GHA, and Agents to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service are consistently delivered.
• Make reservation in Oman air cargo wings system and very good knowledge of Oman Air Cargo wings system.
• Preparing reports of all Flight upgrades / downgrades /cancellations /diversions and payload reports for the Cargo Management.
• Thorough knowledge of cargo operations and cargo acceptance procedures, live animals and cargo automation. Specialist knowledge of load control, and flight operations activities.
• Well aware of booking and pricing procedures for all types of cargo - HUM, VAL, AVI, VIP.
• Prepare monthly closing reports
• Make reservation in Oman air cargo wings system.
• Well versed in stock handling
• Monitoring cargo movement whenever special handling attention is required
• Coordinating between GHA and Airline HUB on a flight delay situation requiring special handling/attention to ensure smooth movement of cargo
