-Lead the sales team of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia, coaching, training and motivation and resolution of staff grievances and issues in coordination with the management.
-Establishing targets for individual salesmen and monitoring performance through monthly analysis of sales reports, lost sales and provided guidance in achieving targets.
-Implementing and updating marketing strategies and sales plans to drive the sales and achieve the volume under RSM supervision.
-Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management with recommended action plans for increasing sales and revenues.
-Maintain Very good & professional relations with key accounts like large fleet owners, dealers and body builders to create and manage continual business pipeline.
-Tracking markets and exploring opportunities for acquiring new customers and ensuring delivery of high quality customer service and support.
-Coordinating with company departments and Mercedes-Benz teams in investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues insuring the best after sales service.
-Planning and organizing customer visits ensuring optimum coverage of the market with efficient time management to generate targeted business volumes and revenues.
-Liaising and interacting with customers to gather requirements, negotiate and book purchase orders for their requirements of Mercedes-Benz parts.
-Coordinating with the warehouse, factory, and Body builders and ensured on time deliveries as per agreed schedules to meet customer requirements.
-Following up to ensure on time invoicing and collection of payments as per the company’s credit policy and maintenance of receivables within approved limits.
-Conducting regular market surveys and presenting reports to the management on overall competitive environment and pricing of competitors’ products.
