• Demonstrable track record of strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
• Well versed with Qatar & UAE labour law
•Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, measure performance through agreed KPIs and SLAs, maximising efficiency and overall effectiveness of services.
•Implement appropriate practice for active recruitment, oversee workload distribution and support the recruitment plan ensuring all vacancies filled with quality candidates and within agreed timescale.
•Responsible for the development of strategies and initiatives to sustain the ongoing improvement, lead, train and develop direct reports.
•Design and deliver a range of communication interventions, including regular updates and reports to senior management and other heads.
•Focus on local and regional hiring, management and mobility of contractors within APAC region, monitor and always reduce the costs of the recruitment process
•Extensively used recruitment / HR tools like Taleo, HRIS, Fieldglass and Beeline
HR / Operations Management
•Provide overall direction and administration of recruiting strategies, guidelines, procedures concerning staffing best practices, systems and reporting.
•Responsible for formulating recruitment policy and executing plan accordingly
•Propose budgeting and cost containment to the management
•Review and administer monthly payroll for contract staffing for more than 150 contractors

•Negotiating contracts / terms with clients, understanding clients requirements and provide consultant services, visiting current and prospective clients to develop strong relationships. Work closely with clients to understand and satisfy their recruitment needs
•Managed a team of 5 recruitment consultants and 2 Sales & BD consultants

•Identifying and attracting top talent through, web marketing, job boards, referrals and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline

•To maintain personal databases and policies and updating them from time to time.
•Maintenance of leave records, attendance records and salary administration.
•Handling of joining and separations formalities, Administration of performance appraisals and several other internal surveys.
•Conducting Induction programs for new joiners, maintaining training records of employees.
