Assess the feasibility and implication of existing plans.
Keep up to date with local standards.
Perform the daily engineering equipment checklist for Equipment under building services area.
Create perform ongoing repair,
Maintenance programs, and equipment replacement preventive and corrective maintenance,
Coordinate with other section units for smooth daily operations.
Keep equipment maintenance and repair services, following manufactures,
Instructions and established produces,
Execute installing testing repaired and newly acquired equipment.
Perform the daily engineering service checklist pertaining to building services area.
Design lay out such as service pipes in a office block, or to make manner changes to an existing heating/ cooling system using computer : Aided design CAD,
Help building services engineers in the handling the projects and study bidder proposals related to building services,
Estimates costs, check deliveries of materials on site, examine installation work and write progress reports for building services engineers,
Test system and carryout routine inspections of equipment as well as preventive maintenance of building services system.
Provide installation maintenance and responsible for implementing ongoing repair, maintenance programs, and equipment replacement programs.
Support the building services engineers with daily engineering equipment checklist.
Escalate technical issues and incidents to line manager for the decision making.

Troubleshooting and Repair of Electrical Equipment.

Worked in OB VAN many events for outside programs,

Troubleshooting and maintained of RF system,
worked in all cable management system,
All kind of studio day lights repair and troubleshooting,
Filling of Nitrogen Gas in camera Tripod,
House Wiring and Two way Wirings, Intermediate Wiring,
D.B. Dressings, D.B. Terminations, Cable Terminations, Cable Glands,
