Duties includes but not limited to:
• Developing the Budgeting & Treasury function’s work plan for the concerned Business Units; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the Department's goals and plans
• Managing and monitoring activities related to discretionary budgets, including data collection, analysis, comparisons, and monitoring deviations and discussing them with the relevant parties.
• Managing activities related to financial studies and audits and all related things and developing related financial systems and procedures and adopting them.
• Achieving profitability goals by monitoring financial performance and growth of the company, and detecting financial deviations and analyzing its causes and correct these deviations
• Maintaining and implementing the company's budget, and developing plans and reporting policies, and procedures relating to the budget management.
• Analyzing the financial results and providing the Direct Manager with a clear idea about the financial performance and financial results with respect to strategies and adopted action plans, and the current financial growth situation
• Identifying deviations and taking steps to do corrective actions when necessary through monitoring and controlling key financial indicators
• Manage everyday operations for organization & provide support to all operations projects and supervise working of all multifunctional project teams and manage all financial and administrative activities in terms of payroll & personnel.
• Ensure the Commitment of all Staff for Occupational Safety and Health Instructions

Working in NT&S(NT&S Energy is the holding company of a group of specialized international oil and gas companies with operations in MENA, Eastern Europe and North America) as a responsible of all types of accounting and financial transactions. A brief summary of my duties is detailed here under

• Preparing financial statements (Stand alone and consolidated) in compliance with the IFRS and the local regulations.
• Preparing companies budgets (revenue, direct cost and G&A) and projects budgets.
• Analyzing variances between budgets and actual expenditures.
• Developing the accounting system and chart of accounts of NT&S.
• Review salaries & income tax along with social security monthly sheets.
• Managing payroll process of more than 250 local and expats employee.
• Help on implementing and improving HR procedures and document flow.
• Explain internal by lows and HR manual to the staff by learning sessions.
