•Applied company policy & procedure; modify whatever needed to make it meets Company work nature & managements’ expectations.

•Contact the selected candidates & check their availability, negotiate salaries then send job offers prepare all required for mobilization locally & internationally.
•Coordinate with suppliers to arrange personal safety gears & suitable vehicles.
•Prepare the delegation letters & coordinate with international agencies for visa processing.
•Internally manage all HR activities monitor employees attendance, behaviour, take disciplinary actions give warnings, look after compensations, carryout the annual evaluation, appraisal & coordinate increments.
•Participate in preparing the company QMS for ISO 9001-2008 & applied the internal Audit for some departments, as a certified internal Auditor.

• SUMMARY: 29 Years of experience in various positions: - Current position is a Human Resources Manager at Gulf Steel Works a factory in Jubail Industrial City. Before that I was the Human Resource and Training Manager for (General Dynamics Telecom S.A, CO.) a Company takes communications projects from Saudi ARAMCO. Also I have 25 years of work experience as an officer in the Royal Saudi Naval Force. First I’ve worked as watch supervisor, technical controller, Radio teletype electronics technician and On-the-job training instructor for naval communication's systems in the communication center at King Abdulaziz Naval Base-Jubail. Then I worked as harbor controller, English teacher, Electronics teaching assistant, communication shop officer, apprentice training supervisor and training officer in the ship repair facilities at King Faisal naval base-Jeddah. Also I am a member of the (Arabian Society for Human Resource Management) In addition to good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI and Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Excellent English language speaker & computer skilled. Also high management abilities to control different projects.
5 Years of Studies finished 140 Hours/Units got the Bachelor Degree after.
