• Managing many different project on many different areas on the western province.
• Responsible of making profitable variation orders.
• Accountable for achieving planned financial result.
• Makes Installation capacity planning and completion forecast.
• Responsible for efficiency measurement and reporting
• Communicates the capacity constraints to sales.
• Responsible for managing customer disputes relating to the project milestones.
• Manages the activities and performance of installation active teams(Field Productivity).
• SAP process and milestone accuracy experience.
• Makes Installation capacity planning and completion forecast.
• Communicates proactively the resource needs to stakeholders.
• Responsible for efficiency measurement and reporting
• Communicates the capacity constraints to sales.
• Responsible for managing customer disputes relating to installation.
• Manages the activities and performance of installation active teams(Field Productivity).
• Accountable for safety, quality and productivity during installation and handovers, and for corrective actions to any detected non-conformities.
• Responsible for planning of installation activities, site storage and logistics, and needed resources and tools.
• Responsible for quality claims/feed backs, time sheet approvals, installation documentation, reporting of installation progress, status, cost accumulation and risks, and managing schedule and other changes.
• Responsible for managing the performance of the team and individuals.
• Responsible for management of environmental aspects of the installation (waste and hazardous material handling)
• Accountable for safety, quality and productivity during installation and handovers, and for corrective actions to any detected non-conformities.
• Accountable for the use of correct KONE installation methods, and for proper risk assessment for parts of installation where KONE method is not available.
• Responsible for site preparations, site readiness, site visits and audits, including resolution of site readiness non-conformities with customer.
• Responsible for planning of installation activities, site storage and logistics, and needed resources and tools.
• Responsible for quality claims/feedbacks, time sheet approvals, installation documentation, reporting of installation progress, status, cost accumulation and risks, and managing schedule and other changes.
• Factory communication for all the sales orders and drawings approval.
• Provides technical and cost support for the sales process.
• Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing or local subcontractors.
• Accountable for solution engineering. Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations and safety requirements.
• Organize the order documentation and order confirmation.
• Organize the purchasing of the required material.
