* Offering advisory services to clients in respect to construction and design stages of buildings.

and rent/sales, and comparables.
* Preparing market analysis reports, including vacancy, absorption, and company’s rents and sales.
* Providing effective reporting tools on the activities related to asset management including
budgeting, key lease data and space information and technical analytical support for analysis of
sustainability and green building initiatives related to feasibility, operations and performance.
* Preparing annual operating and capital expenditures budgets, strategic property plans, maintains
property proformas, monthly reports to owner, including variance explanations, and reviewing all
financial operating statements for accuracy
