3. Direct supervision of sales representatives and providing support to enable them to grow the company's sales
4. Setting sales targets for sales development employees and monitoring their achievement
5. Supervising the sales incentives and commissions program for the sales representatives
6. Preparing and following up the implementation of the plan for developing the company's sales representatives skills
7. Contribute to the implementation of the company's annual marketing plan
