Government Platform: Keeping abreast of and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment platform and regulations, as Qiwa, Gosi, Muqeem, Mudad and Visa Mofa, etc.
Training and Development: Designing onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and training programs related to job duties, and directing training plans (training needs analysis, designing, deliver, and evaluation).
Organization Development: responsible for the department’s operational process (updating work contracts, updating systems according to government policies, setting the annual budget, training plans, development, employment, annual vacations, updating the organizational structure, policies, procedures, and job description).
Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent and are aligned with market trends and organizational capabilities.
Manpower planning: planning short-term and long-term manpower plans, and hiring according to the set plan, and adjusting plans according to (strategic plan, saudization, working conditions).
Recruitment: defining and implementing the recruitment strategies (job description, identification of recruitment channels and sources, government support programs for employment, job interviews, selection).
Performance Management: Assisting in the creation and implementation of performance management systems. Providing support in handling performance issues and guiding management on performance improvement strategies.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies, ensuring high levels of employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
Payroll: Responsible for all work related to (working hours, salaries, loans, overtime, bonuses, deductions according to the Saudi labor law and the company's internal regulations).
Personnel: Managing and organizing everything related to employees (employee files, health insurance, vacation settlements, end-of-service benefits, investigations and penalties, travel tickets, attendance sheet, overtime hours).
Government relations: Follow up on all government matters with the relevant authorities (labor courts, passports, balady, royal commission, electricity, labor office, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Transport, etc.)
Recruitment: Responsible for the Internal and External recruitment process for Saudis and Non-Saudis (job advertisements, agencies, Employment sites, Institutes, government agencies, etc.).
Employee Relations: Project employee relations management (complaints, disciplinary actions, management of group or individual disputes between employees).
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, provide support and guidance on HR-related matters to staff and management.
