Ensure optimal performance of Data Centre Equipment’s, Servers, and Network and is working in alignment with the IT and business objectives of the Luminus Group, subsidiary, and sister company. •Work on and monitoring the Datacenter and Network and in particular the following: Servers. (Hardware and Software).
➢Microsoft Windows Server (Windows Server installation, configuration, Hyper-V).➢Network (Passive and Active), Communications, Internet and Datalinks upgrades and improvements, secure network access for remote users, Switches, access list, v-lan, QoS, Access point...etc. ➢Implementing and managing information security, integrity, and backup procedures.➢Identifying and acting on to improve and update hardware, software, and systems.➢Domains, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group policies.➢IP telephone (Avaya) and Call center systems.➢Firewall.➢Antiviruses.➢WSUS.➢Azure.•Work on the IT Services: Cloud, Office 365, M365, Websites, Internet Domains, and any services related to IT, to make sure in alignment with the IT and business objectives of the Luminus Group. ➢Implementing backup procedures in the field and ensure their proper application. ➢Running and sharing regular IT reports with IT management. ➢Ability to manage firewalls and security policies. ➢Installing, managing, and configuring antivirus applications. ➢Understanding of storage/disk configurations like RAID or Storage Spaces.
• Represent the ICT Senior Manager as appropriate and where necessary.
• Ensure that all ITIL best practice processes for in-house and 3rd party suppliers are implemented, relevant, and effective:
• Incident Management - customers have minimum service interruption and effective support
• Problem management - Effective root cause analysis and elimination of recurring or multiple incidents, with timely workarounds in place when necessary
• Change Management - Project changes thoroughly assessed via the CAB process before implementation for business impact and scheduled appropriately.
• Configuration management - Maintain a reliable database.
• Release Management - Effective forward schedule plan with standard changes and project rollouts incorporated.
• Capacity Management - Infrastructure resources monitored and remain within agreed tolerance for effective service delivery.
• Availability Management - Maintenance windows agreed with the business, key
• Continuity Management - Single points of failure risk assessed, key risks eliminated, Disaster Recovery plans fit for purpose and fully tested.

Work as part of the team to develop and oversee the implementation of the asset
management system, including country and Za’atari Camp asset related policies and
procedures.
Help develop and maintain monthly, periodic and annual asset management plans
aligned with the country strategy and budget, and in consultation with senior
management.
Develop and maintain asset registers, including; acquisitions, maintenance
management, custodianship, transfers, and valuations.
With program and operations, staff develops asset needs assessment, acquisition
management, operational and disposal plans.
Execute and monitor the implementation of the asset acquisition, maintenance, and
disposal plans.
Directly assist the process of assets disposition.
Plan and execute the asset verification, investigate and report on variances, make
necessary recommendations to resolve discrepancies, and update the asset register
for all offices and projects.
Develop, implement and manage mechanisms to safeguard assets.
Prepare a monthly reconciliation with supporting documents of the asset registers
to the relevant accounting records, and resolve undeclared items.
Report on asset management issues as required to internal and external
stakeholders.
