* Supervise and manage all related activities of inventory movement in all Warehouses, and Making Reports for Stock Movements load along all Warehouses .
* Replenishment process to cover Warehouse inventory shortage
* Manage the communication with concerned for shortage or urgently needed requirements to meet customer orders, sales forecast and sales target to avoid any over due order.
* Sending report twice monthly for stock needed to be liquidated (Liquidation Plan).
* Monitoring and coordinate the expiry committee functions (Reports).
* Handling of all process of purchasing of KAAUH items.
* Follow-up and reviewing forecast with purchasing and end users to insure the accuracy of forecast with actual usage
* Handling of end users complain.
* Completing donation operations till quantity reach final destination.
* Update the items master data for required fields.
