Handling the over all operation of projects department.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Follow up for the delivery of detailed design package and work with all parties to close the 60% and
90% comments received from clients.
• Follow up & expedite for MRs approval.
• Follow up & expedite for finalizing all TBEs routing.
• Follow up & expedite NOLs approval and POs Issuance.
• Follow up with procurement for all materials delivery and ensure that materials will be delivered
as per schedule.
• To ensure that project delivered within time and budget.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Update client as well as management of the latest progress of the project.
• Follow up with the site/construction team for project progress and resolve any issues they are facing at
site.
• To meet with client/ customers on regular basis to ensure smooth operation of the projects and
escalating any issues of the project.
• Prepare the site mobilization and manpower requirements at sites.
• Submitting reports to client as well as management
• Preform any related duties as required.

PROJECT MANAGER - ALBILAD FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM LTD - DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA (MAY 2012 - PRESENT)
I am responsible for the completion of a wide range of projects. I undertook extensive and detailed scheduling of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation and Documentation and liaised extensively with engineering design to ensure clear understanding of completion schedule and standards required.
I ensured all required resources and materials were available to facilitate business continuity and notified the client to prepare for inspection and testing. I monitored project progress both continually and at key points, ensured clear lines of communication and provided regular status updates to the client. I managed risk effectively and identified and delivered solutions and initiatives which improved delivery schedule. On completion of a project I dealt with all invoice requests, documentation, testing and commissioning and resolved all client issues and requests for additional works swiftly and effectively.
Projects scopes included Engineering, Supply, Installation, Equipment details, Manufacturing, Documentation, Materials Supply, Testing, Commissioning, Preservation, Packing and Delivery.
Clients included Hanwha Saudi Contracting (YANBU2 Power & Water Project), Linde Arabian Contracting Co. Ltd, Sec-Soth (Saudi Electricity Company) and Saudi Aramco
