1. Designing of the Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, Fire Telephone, PAVA, Central battery, Self-Contained, and Monitoring System in line with UAE fire codes and NFPA standards.
2. Receiving design request forms and preparing technical material submittal required for projects.
3. Arranging UL/FM/LPCB and CDA certificates for the product to submit along with Material submittal for approval.
4. Guide and supervise draftsmen to prepare design drawings and get approval from the consultant.
5. Prepare the operation and Maintenance manual for the project and get approval from the consultant.
6. Prepare a cause-and-effect matrix for the project and get approval from the consultant.
7. Prepare Acoustic Calculation for the project and get approval from the consultant.
8. Prepare Lux Calculation for the project and get approval from the consultant.
9. Attend technical meetings with the clients & consultants to get approval for the materials submittals / drawing submissions and provide them with necessary reports and data if needed.
10. Planning & executing the work schedule under the project commitment dates.
