As a Financial Accountant:-
 Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
 Reconciliation of Bank Statements, General Ledgers, Customers and Vendors.
 Year End and Month End journal entries.
 Preparation various Reports to Finance Manager .
 Analyze daily banking transactions and journal entries.
 Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts.
 Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
 Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
 Overseas Accounts Co-ordination.
 Continous follow up of Sales Team for getting Collection from customers.
 Posting of customer payments by recording cash, cheques, and credit card transactions.
 Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
 Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line;
coordinating contact with collections department.
 Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
 Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary.
 Market visiting of Bad and lagging customers.
 Filing of legal suites against Bad Customer like Cheque dishonored customers.
 Support financial statement audits.
 Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.
 Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.
 Co-ordination of Overseas Receivables.
