Handling client issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager
Evaluate client-wise costing and provide competitive price to prospective clients
Achieve monthly sales targets/projections together with the entire sales team
Outlet inspection and proper guidelines in merchandising to the clients according to requirement of the product
Ensure stock availability for on time delivery.
Maintain activity report sheet and report to the Sales Manager every week
Establish excellent customer relationship with outlet management in all assigned outlet
Customer retention and sales development by facilitating company efforts to customers successfully
Monitoring competitor activities in the market and provide feedback of the same to management
Close follow-up of outstanding receivables and collection of payments
