Responsible for all operation of vehicles parts sales across state of Telangana.
Achieved the sales of 90% growth in shorter span of time by planning and forecasting and stocking of parts.
Managing and training sales and operation team to achieve maximum sales
Responsible for managing, controlling and monitoring all fleet (includes heavy equipment, heavy vehicles and light vehicles) operations to ensure utilization of equipment with maximum availability, minimum breakdown and minimum operating and maintenance cost. Planning and forecasting the future optimum spare parts requirement to ensure smooth operation of machine and controlling the operating cost.
Duties:
Planning and managing all aspects of fleet(about 1500 equipment) operations of the company.
Planning and coordinating with project team to ensure maximum availability of machine with minimum breakdown.
Controlling the assets.
Setting the priorities between the sites as per the need.
Organizing training for maintenance and operation team at site.
Handling the equipment logistic section of the organization.
Ensuring that all fleet are operating and maintained in a safe condition and in cost effective manner.
Ensuring that equipment at sites operates in compliance with all operating technique and safety standards as recommended by OEM by measuring and monitoring.
Planning and executing the equipment performance reports.
Preparing monthly equipment rental revenue as per terms & condition of contract.
Negotiating and follow up of warranty matters with dealers.
Negotiating with suppliers for parts and oil selection and technical problems encountered in the machines.
Planning & forecasting the parts requirement and component replacement of the fleet.
Contract preparation for the customers for equipment rental.
Preparing feasibility study the operation of machines for new jobs and tenders.
Manage and coordinate meeting with the dealer to discuss and follow-up performance/ failure in machines.
Ensuring idle equipment handling and storage.
Duties
• Executing the various section of equipment repair in the workshop which includes
1. Heavy duty section where complete overhauling of heavy machines like tractors/dozer, wheel loaders, graders, excavators, articulated truck/off road trucks and light equipment are done from stripping down to chassis, repairing, reassembling, inspecting and diagnosing it.
2. Under carriage section where the complete undercarriage are overhauled which include repair of track chains, track shoes, idlers, track roller and track frame are done.
3. Compressor and rock drill section where complete overhauling of pneumatic/hydraulic drills and compressors are overhauled.
4. Heavy vehicle section where the trucks and trailers like MAN, Mercedes, Volvo are overhauled from stripping down to chassis, repairing, reassembling, inspecting and diagnosing it.
5. Light Vehicle section where the light vehicles are completely overhauled/repaired.
• Coordinating with sites in order to support them and make sure that the machines are operating with minimum breakdown.
• Following the repairs and troubleshooting of problems in machines in the workshop.
• Recommend remedy to planning manager after repair how to improve lifetime and cost.
• Training the maintenance staff on machine maintenance.
• Training the operators on proper operating techniques and safety.

Duties
• Handling the heavy duty section which includes dozer, Wheel loader, grader, scraper repairs.
• Preparing the abnormal failure report for the equipment/component received from site.
• Diagnosing the machine with used of CAT Electronic Technician software, MAN and Mercedes truck software.
• Ensuring that the repairs are done as recommended by OEM.
• Follow up of machines major repair done in the section.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting the problems in machines.
• Coordinating with sites in order to support them and make sure that the machines are operating with minimum breakdown.
Duties
• Responsible for complete preventive maintenance of fleet at site.
• Preparing the maintenance schedules for the equipment maintenance as per OEM recommendation.
• Performing scheduled oil sampling of oils and follow-up of machine performance according to it.
• Forecasting the optimum parts requirement for smooth operation of machines
• Machines includes CAT heavy machines like Tractor D11R, Tractor D9R, Wheel loaders, Articulated trucks 740B, Scrapers and small equipment. Also the maintenance of heavy and light trucks.
