Duties & Responsibilities at Office:
• Take-off material and provide accurate quantity.
• Prepare cost estimates for HVAC systems include ductwork, piping systems, equipment, Control system for commercial and industrial projects.
• Prepares and reviews the drawings, documents, materials and equipment specifications.
• Prepare a complete HVAC shop drawing for submittal to the client as per project requirements.
• Prepare technical offer along with necessary submittal, clarifications, drawings, layout, project schedule, manpower resources, project organization chart & other documents required by the client.
Duties & Responsibilities at Site:
• Create detailed project plans, including materials, labor, and equipment requirements
• Performs duties in accordance with by the department's methods for HVAC systems.
• Conducts daily inspections to verify compliance with approved materials and designs.
• Site Engineering co-ordination with the consultant and client’s engineer.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing & specs.
• Ensures the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
• Reports to the management issues of non-conformance or materials and designs that require modifications.
• Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QC-Inspector.
• Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of all HVAC Equipment’s.
• Assist the Commissioning Team on Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) stages of the Air and Hydronic Piping’s.
• Assist the Project Engineer during Preparation of final Test Reports, as built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manual and handing over the project to client
