Responsible of managing 3 main strategic Projects and (Enterprise Data Platform, B2B Gov. Middleware Layer & Expected Credit Loss).
•
Working with the top management team in building a solid Data Project/Services Delivery process.

Work with the department head in filling the gaps related to Team Management & Performance KPIs Management.
(Data Solutions Delivery Department):
Managing multiple Data related projects from requirement gathering till closer to assure business continuity, business growth and business right decisions. Dealing with different technologies like (DB “Teradata, SQL & Oracle”, ETL Tool “Informatica PowerCenter, Spark”, Business Intelligence Tools “Oracle OBIEE, Power BI & Tableau”). These projects classified as Strategic and Business as Usual projects.
Strategic Projects:
• Enterprise Data Warehouse Project, to enhance the current bank data warehouse with latest technologies in data industry. This includes upgrading Teradata as well as the Integration tools and Reporting tools.
• Self-Service Project, is the next generation of business intelligence initiatives which we are availing data elements for business and they can make their own reports and dashboards by drag and drop functionality. This includes building a friendly UI, Robust solution and Easy to Use one.
• Online Reporting Projects, building an End-to-End solution to serve business departments require online data like (Campaign, Marketing and Risk) departments. This includes capturing data in parts of milliseconds and get it reflected to these requesters.
Business as Usual Projects:
• Small, Short duration and urgent requirements from business to fulfill a specific request either from an internal party or from outside the bank. (BI - Dashboards for Management, SAMA Reports and Operational Reports - Dashboards).
• Monitoring all currently running projects in terms of GAP analysis to help assure clients satisfaction.
• Project Documentations for all currently running projects and upcoming ones.
• Lead innovative ideas & initiatives of business improvements internally within the company.
• Interact with all internal departments responsible of implementing need Service Level to be provided to client.
• Full review of SLAs “Service Level Agreements“.
• Dashboard & Projects performance presentation responsibility to be shown to all stakeholders.
• Lead the process of finding enhancements in currently running projects like RPA “Robotics Process Automation”.
• Getting involved in new projects meetings with client to specify his requirements and plans preparation too.
(Business & Financial Department - Special Projects):
• Managing Consultation and Manpower outsourcing projects under mega infrastructure technology programs from planning to implementation.
• Vendor evaluation, price negotiation, vendor management, stakeholder management, managing supplier/consultancy/contractual relationships.
• Expertise in documenting project scope, creating a detailed project plan, project budget, schedules, resource allocation plan and effective project monitoring and control
• Ensures that all projects comply with organizational policies, procedures & quality.
• Define goals & KPIs for every team member taking under consideration the performance management part.
• Being an interface between our department & other company’s departments like “Procurements & HR “.
• Communication management, project dashboard preparation and presentation to stakeholders and senior management, managing deviation, escalation, preparing different project status report as per business requirement in different styles like “At Points or Forecasting “.
• Direct responsibility of invoicing process & financial claims for all STC vendors using our NFTS.
• Conduct the budgets of our projects in terms of POs “Purchase Orders” & Services Requests.
• Taking care of archiving of all project’s documents like “Contracts, Invoices, Forms & Reports”.
(Enterprise Services Department - Web Based Applications):
• Work with more than one of our clients like “AL Riyadh Municipality, Royal Commission for Jubail “
• Knowing all information about our company’s solutions like “CTS software “.
• Getting involved in all SDLC “Software Development Life Cycle “activities.
• Develop requirements flowcharts, layouts and documentation of new projects or enhanced ones.
• Design UIs using programming languages like “HTML, CSS”.
• Develop & maintain databases using tools like “ORACLE, Microsoft SQL”.
• Core coding using programming languages like “J2EE, .NET “.
• Perform many kinds of software testing methods like “Black box, White box “testing.
(Group IT Services Department - IT Operations):
• Provide IT Support services to more than 500 employees.
• Getting involved in all new Business Intelligence Tools in terms of support.
• Cover and being responsible of all level 1 support like “Ticketing System issues “.
• Cover and being responsible of all level 2 support like “TS, Configuration & Software “issues.
• Professionally admin & use of ITSM “Information Technology Service Management “system.
• Being a good department representative in order to assure our employees satisfaction.
(Customer Services Department - Branches):
• Perform all needed support to Mobily current or anticipated customers to our branch.
• Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients.
• Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes.
