• Ensuring that the performance of the work is strictly according to the plans and specifications.
• Performing site inspection on the civil works done by the Contractor for 22 Ultra-Luxury Villas and a centralized boutique-clubhouse facility.
• Follow-up of the contractor work quality on site and making sure that the work is done as per the shop drawings and approved designs.
• Reporting the work progress and issues to the section manager and following remedy works advised to the Contractor.
• Coordinating with the different site teams from the contractor to establish a precise image of the work, organization, and materials utilized on site.
• Providing both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities.
