1-Participate in putting the company strategies in short and long term.
2- Participate in Preparing annual production plans .
3-Managing operation &follow up of various processes for Ethanol production in all sections.
4- Managing operation, control of water treatment unit& follow up quality control.
5- Follow up of raw materials (Molasses . yeast . sulfuric acid .urea . antifoam sodium chloride ...etc through various stages transition to the final product .
6-. Preparing the daily, monthly and annual production reports including efficiency, total product, loss..etc
7- Implementation of safety procedures, and to be responsible for strict application of company ̕s safety regulations.
1-Presently actively working in erection 120 T0N vacuum pan and condensers, commission of 5 pans and 5 condensers .
2-Presently actively working in erection conditional & molasses tanks 50 T0N.
3-Attend and follow-up and installation of sugar centrifuge machines which separate sugar from molasses commission 7 Machines 20 bag/min
4- Participate in construction activities, pre-commissioning, commissioning and function test activities for the pans .
5- Participation in hydro tests and mechanical, cracks, body tests, and receipt of the equipment after pass in the different tests .
6-Responsible for the Proper and Efficient Operation of the, evaporators, syrup clarification by floatation and, continuous and batch vacuum pans, crystallizers, centrifugal machines, sugar dryers, sugar sizing, and sugar bagging machines.
7-Follow-up performance and remaining work of the previous shift .
8-Writing daily, weekly and monthly reports of work in the department .
