Joined National company for water and wastetreatment(Emco Saudia), Emco is owned by 70% to Saudi Binladin group, Emco as working as ABC contractor and it was chance to work in governmental tenders of over a budget of SR 50 M.
I was also helping our projects-tendering team in procurement of the main equipment, Process and trouble shooting of the hard problems in their mega O/M projects for RO & STP plants.
In Emco, I used to sellect the way of sharing in any tenders (Individually or through Main contractor or based on Joint Venture relation and my rule was sellecting the best way of sharing and searching for the most suitable partners for each tender or sales job.
Joined (Supplycore Middle East) which is part of Arwadh group in Riyadh-KSA, Arwadh is the execlusive agent of AQUA AEROBIC SYSTEMS INC. which is known name in manufacturing of wastewater treatment equipment and systems based in Rockford, IL, USA.
My rule was Sales director of wastewater division for equipments & systems handling the following portfolio,
- Surface aerators, High speed, direct drive units.
- Disc filters (Cloth media), usually replace the sand media filters in the tertiary treatment, less foot print, low concrete cost, energy saving.
- Advanced SBR treatment system and its derivatives, Excellent Biological Nutrient removal system (BNR), power saving, better Nutrient removal, less produced BOD & TSS (Both are less than 10 ppm).
- Moving Barrier process.
My main clients are,
- Ministry of water &Electricity.
- All the water directorates in Saudi(12 water directorates).
- National water company-NWC.
- Main OEMs, High range like(EMCO-DEGREMENT-AZIZ-ALI SHARE.
- Main OEMs, smaller range like (Metito-Veolia-AES-Wetico-Washna- Suidokiko, ….etc).

My last position in AES was corporate sales executive for the equipment& Plants sales in the western province(based in Jeddah).

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and adjusting the operation conditions and operations as required in water treatment plant (two pass RO) with Multi Stage Flash distillation unit (MSF).
• Responsible for daily process reports and performance comments, deferment, curve records, including important potentials.
• I have Gained good experience in maintenace, operation, validation and Documentation of various high purity water systems for the pharmaceutical plants producing purified water, WFI, clean steam (Fully automated and monitored system using SCADA system) .
• also during that period I have gained a good technical knowledge in
steam boilers and its chemical treatment program .
Jan 2005 till Feb 2006:
• Working as utilities manager in the same pharnaceutical plant, in this stage I have gained good experience in managerial skills, it was very effective stage in my life beside I continue following up all of my technical responsibilities.
• Leading the utilities team in any external quality audit.
High diploma in TQM(total quality management) Got from AUC(American University in Cairo) It is devided into 3 semesters. 1 - process Control. 2- Managing the quality functions and Planing. 3- The continuous Quality improvement process.
Post graduation Diplopma in Petroleum and petrochemical Industries (period is two years)–Cairo university,Faculty of Engineering,Chemical Engineering Department,My Graduation project was in designing of the media filteration unit related to petroleum industries.
