• Lead and represent fund managers/ investors in monitoring projects. Till this date, +26 project has been successfully delivered under private funds with budgets between SAR 60m up to SAR 720 million (total portfolio of multi billion Riyals).
• Prepare proposals for clients relating to project monitoring and valuation. beside draft / write agreements and research, and review of legal requirement and statutory compliance.
• Administer various development contracts including reviewing various construction / contractor’s agreements, purchase orders, drawings, time schedule / project baseline, BOQs and costing information presented by the client and analyzing/verifying various relevant aspects.
• Analyze contract performance, monitoring KPIs, Risk register, and procurement status.
• Cost Control and budgets reconciliation, payment status, and project time reviews (CPM).
• Approve Interim payment certificate, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Provide time and cost Forecasts ETC (estimated to completion) and BAC (budget at completion).
• Establishment of CCMS contract management system summarize all contract data (excel model).
• Visiting and surveying projects, construction sites, and gathering all requisite information about project status and progress (frequent travelling).
• Conduct regular meetings with project team and funding managers to evaluate performance and negotiate corrective actions.
• Prepare and report building condition assessment report (Building pathology) for various buildings form villas, compounds, malls, and mix-use.
• Management of project progress, change management, and implementation of corrective actions such as activities fast-track or crash resources.
• Professional MS office user (complex excel models and interactive presentations).
• Program and scheduling reviews using PMIS (PRIMAVERA P6, MS Project) - professional user.
• High level Risk Management, and performance management.
• Project reporting: Professional report writing, and correspondences (written letters).
