235 Million Capacity Expansion Project (Project has been successfully completed) - SCM Saving 25 Mn SLR, which involved preparation of RFQ, finding suitable sources, Finalizing quotations, Negotiations, awarding of contract, Coordination of shipment, Quality check upon receipt, Co- ordination of release of payment with Finance, Commissioning and final sign off of machinery by the Engineering Team and vendor, Service Contract with the supplier.
105 Million DOME Boosting Project - to Increase the quality of Truck Tyres, the project was ongoing when I left the company.
Negotiated and signed up Contract with Swedish Trading (agents for SKF Bearing) to provide Bearing Bank facility at our factory, which will have an approximate annual purchase of 15 - 18 Million / Annum. Successfully negotiated the contract for 12 % increase compared to the price increase of 30 % proposed by Swedish Trading.
