 105 Million DOME Boosting Project - to Increase the quality of Truck Tyres, the project was ongoing when I left the company.

 Negotiated and signed up Contract with Swedish Trading (agents for SKF Bearing) to provide Bearing Bank facility at our factory, which will have an approximate annual purchase of 15 - 18 Million / Annum. Successfully negotiated the contract for 12 % increase compared to the price increase of 30 % proposed by Swedish Trading.
