• To keep in touch with forwarders, instruct forwarders, demand airwaybills, proof of deliveries etc.
• To arrange goods clearance upon arrival from customs.
• To communicate with other member of the team on movement of gods. Availability of goods, clearance instructions, forwarding methods etc.
