Take charge of Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employees Engagement activities. Deliver executive-level HR leadership, overseeing training needs for 1200 employees across Saudi Arabia. China, Spain, India, and Bahrain. Main responsibilities:
 Talent Management, career path, succession plans, Career development strategic.
 Managing Learning & Development Section, Performance management Section and Employees Engagement Section Activities for AK group globally for all employees in (Saudi Arabia. China, Spain, India and Bahrain).
 Conducting training needs analysis and preparing training budget
 Developing L&D framework based on TNA, performance & appraisal results, as well as the business objectives of the company in all locations.
 Delivering training programs (both in-house and with expert third parties) focused on achieving alignment between business growth needs and workforce development readiness
 Providing support to managers and staff to ensure that roles & responsibilities, procedures, and activities are performed according to the new structure KPI’s.
 Driving the implementation of the performance management process on yearly basis and providing coaching / training to managers and employees on the PM system.
 Developing methods of measuring the alignment of performance management with organizational goals.
 Consistently identifying areas where employees are dissatisfied and developing solutions, whilst enhancing the areas of contentment
 Developing and managing rewards and retention strategies that will reduce employees’ turnover.
 Align the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) program into organization development activities throughout the company.
 Designing and implementing talent management system and tools.
 Designing and conducting induction programs for new joiners
 Reviewing Job Analysis that will be used for employees’ assessment and gap analysis.
 Leading the regional Employee relation team.
 Managing the employee service department, HR communication
 Design, develop, and implement a Succession Planning Framework and leading the nationalization plans
 PDP, PIP, IDP programs management
Key Achievements:
 Instituted the Organization Development Department, as well as Learning & Development Department with new eLearning tools.
 Played an instrumental role as part of the Talent Development Academy, with 80 out of 118 Saudi females graduating in senior positions.
 Designed and implemented the performance management system resulting in a stronger culture and increase in employee engagement.
 Orchestrated the nationalization project, including roadmap creation, Leads the feminization project & hiring 1200 female employees without experience in retail, and supplying a development plan which ended by +3% LFL sales achievements.
 Conducted training programs aimed at achieving alignment between business growth needs and workforce development readiness.
 Offered effective recommendations to improve areas of contentment and minimize employees’ turnover.
 Developed unique individual KPIs for around 250 employees every year in the last four financial years.
