review spare part, define material classification, catalogue new items, linking spare to
equipment, apply inventory control strategies (MRP), procurement additional spare, and data
integrity.
participate in Petro Rabigh 2011 turnaround successfully, work as maintenance coordinator
in HDPE polymer manufacturing department by plan turnaround and inspection activities
*Prepare job objectives and instructions to meet safety and health environment (SHE) target.
*Conduct safety audits and safety walk through, report any nearmiss
*Provide technical support when required.
*Participate in troubleshooting, repair scope preparation, technical meeting with vendor, RCA, failure investigation.
*Evaluate maintenance repair activities and ensure it meet the quality specification within the scheduled time.

*Preservation checking and inspection activities for all mechanical equipment (inspect internal& external parts, free rotation, alignment, coupling, bolt tightens check, piping, flange … etc) and mark any abnormality condition then provide recommendation to repair.
*Attended equipment test run, motor solo run, and leak test, hydro test, flushing and blowing test with operation and recorder any abnormality condition.

*Apply the inspection to heat exchanger tube, tube sheet, shell, nozzles for corrosion and fouling; do penetrant test and boroscopic inspection.
*Apply the inspection to valve body, seat, and moving parts for any damage and corrosion and apply LP/HP (low/high pressure) seat test and body test for any leakage.
*Witness the dynamic balancing of impeller rotor and calculate the trail and actual add weight.
*Prepare inspection report and provide the recommendation of repair.
*Submit a complete study about wear rate occurs to reactor & cooling tube according to API510 and provide the suitable recommendation.
*Participate with team to review a construction project proposal and submit the tender, such as Red Sea Mall Project
*Prepare the equipment list (HVAC system, Plumbing system, and fire system) then forward to suppliers and request quotation accordingly select the suitable quotation and prepare the cost report.
Participate with Abqaiq plants in maintenance department, maintenance services division, maintenance engineering& Fault analysis unit. Participate with team members for checking rotating equipment high (temperature, noise, vibration) then collecting date and start investigation, attending equipment overhauling.
