Above 1 billion Saudi Riyals with 3000 customers as customer base. My role Restructuring, Resetting Supply Management for 100 MSR spend power business unit. As strategic OPEX buying capacity from international and national 300 top supply base achieved:
- Improve material delivery by 55% though new supplier matrix
- Delivering overall cost saving 18% of operating budget and 10% of previous year actual in raw materials and packaging spending.
- Recognizes and implement spend reduction opportunities, through competitive bidding, group purchasing and long term contracting by 33% over the last 18 month commitments.
- Streamline importation procedures to recognize materials availability by %45 for plant efficiencies.

Contracts and other goods been added after the system been completed and tested as central purchasing management in Riyadh.
