Projects Implemented.

I Have made the budget of the2013, for personal, admen, training and recruitment, I made the structure of the company, making the Appraisal (evaluation), member of HR committee, effective the labor office low.
Supervision the HR team and their daily activities, Gosi, payroll, end of service, Government relation, invoices, climes, end of service corresponding, attendance, recording new employees in the system, filling.
Recruitment. To Recruit and filing the vacancies, according the plan for all branches of the company, with focusing of the hire scour of saudisation, Interviewing the applicants, Short listing CV, s and offering, negotiation, Offering
I have reached a hire scour in saudisation.
Assigned to put the recruitment policies & process.
Involved in butting recruiting strategies with HR group team for 2013.
Assigned to support the mother company to fill the vacancies.

Achievements:
I have Filled in Kube3, in 2012 as a new company, more than 115 several positions, and in Al-Haddad co.(Mother Company) about 70, in several Positions, departments, HR, supply chain, Finance, IT, Retail, Maintenance. Activation the labor office low.
