- Managing Projects and updates in the system.
- Design, implement and provide support for all Technical-related
projects for example -but not limited to Network, Voice, collaboration,
servers, structured cabling, data center, virtualization wireless, and
any other technical IT-related projects.

• Configuring Inter VLAN direct routing with various Distribution and core switches.
Design the network plane and Create Network database information.
• Configure and work on Virtualization Technology \[Xen server - HyperV - Vmware(Esxi-workstation)\]
•Monitoring Bandwidth and behavior of all Network nodes and reporting it using Cacti server.
• Installing, administrating and managing Mansoura University’s Wireless Network using Aruba and HP wireless controller Access points
•Configure pfsense captive portal for user authentication.

- Perform Hardware and Software installation, configuration and upgrades to acquire a reliable setup and optimum performance of equipment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Hardware and software problems to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
- Monitor, analyze system performance and implement a preventive maintenance plan for critical IT equipment such as Servers, Switches…etc. to ensure continuous availability.
- Document Hardware and software problems and their optimal solutions to minimize search and response time.
- Do all the labeling, termination, installation and testing work of the LAN in new stores and Do all the maintenance work required for LAN in old stores to ensue high connectivity.
- Do administrative and maintenance tasks to windows 2003 and 2008 environments including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain an updated inventory of Hardware equipments (including Serials, Models…etc) in all stores he handles.
- Implement security procedures (including physical and logical arrangements), monitor and report security problems to maintain a secured system.
- Maintain or replace defunct parts of PCs, Electronic Fresh Scales and POS Peripherals in order to make the optimum use of the equipment and minimize cost of maintenance.
