turnover of around SAR 150 million and total capacity of 60, 000 tons.

• Centralized Chemicals Distribution, handling and disposal, reducing chemicals consumption and by a percent that reached
26% in some areas. Drastically reduced cost through Raw Material Consumption control and optimization.

• Directs & monitor the operation to achieve performance against standards and annual and monthly budgets
• Assuring that all efficiencies are being achieved with improvement and all possible recertification process( operational and

• Prepare engineering specifications and cost estimate for projects in all categories of capital expenditure, especially related to
process, production and fabrication department plus maintenance dept.
• Providing and advising on equipment and facility needs for new and modified products.
• Follow up for executions of Profit improvement programs for all phase of the plant.

• Used the value stream mapping Technique to organize information flow and drastically reduce rework in repair by controlling

• Optimized manpower by 8% in fabrication and production by improving process flow and creating work stations that served several fittings at the same time.
