 Manage employee files to make sure all hiring documents are complete & in compliance with labor law.
 Keeping a track of the employees' attendance, Produce Absent Days/ Late Minutes report on a monthly basis.
 Working with payroll department to deliver an accurate payroll
 Conduct Exit Interview and finalizing all reports related to the turn-over.
 Aware about labor law and labor relation
 Support the entire recruitment process starting with posting job on line, Screen CVs, Conducting Interview till Issuing the offer letter.
 Analyzing job duties
 Writing job descriptions
 Update policy and procedures.
 Assist the HRM in the HR projects
