•Participating in developing computerized accounting tools and in researching ways of reducing lead times. Takes an active role in Oracle optimization/implementation for entity needs.
•Responsible for the Treasury & Trade function which involves managing the bank accounts having different credit facilities and for cost analysis for imports.
•Prepare monthly and quarterly projected cash flows for the company and report them to the CFO.
•Prepare monthly banking facilities utilization report and bank balances and report them to for company CFO.
•Interact with banks respect to interest rates, foreign currency rates, option deals in foreign currency.
•Check monthly interest charged on overdraft, loans trust receipts & negotiate the best rates where possible.
•Check all bank documents, such as telex transfers, indemnity, promissory notes, guarantees, letter of credits.
