Ensure that professional people are recruited within your group of stores and communicates all pertinent information to payroll before actually hiring
Implement all AGI training programs effectively in order to train and develop personnel
Ensure district/stores operate within the pre-determined budgets (i.e. salary, inventory, expenses, etc.)
Establish weekly sales objectives for stores. Ensure sales budget goals are communicated and sales are maximized
Responsible for adherence and enforcement of loss prevention and security policies, credit policies and procedures (i.e. credit cards, check approvals, employee purchases, deposit logs, return and exchange policies)
Ensure that stores visual presentation is in compliance with AGI VP standards and Responsible of Sections is appointed to employees in every store
Promote the “Total Customer Experience” in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction
Ensure that all team members practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of Aldo policies and procedures in order to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
Communicate stock replenishment needs to Brand Manager and/or Distributor
Ensure the ALDO Group philosophy & culture is effectively implemented (People First, Company Mission and Vision)
Manage administrative systems and procedures efficiently and in accordance with the company policies (i.e. weekly envelopes, etc.)
Conduct regional sales and operations meetings to communicate
Reinforce company policies and identify upcoming changes
Communicate company practices to ensure store transfers are properly executed
Control damages and mixes by ensuring stockrooms are neat and well organized
Conduct performance appraisals with Store Managers on a regular basis and occasionally with Assistant Managers and Sales Associates
Ensure that all store personnel are evaluated at the end of every season
Store visit report to conduct: Two Store visit and 4 impact visit Report per Store.
Practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of store policy and department procedures to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Promote total customer service in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction.
Ensure that special orders are handled efficiently.
Maintain a neat, organized and well-stocked merchandise area.
Ensure that merchandise is properly ticketed and attractively displayed.
Communicate stock replenishment needs to inventory team.
Is aware of and implement store policies and procedures.
Train employees in product knowledge, visual presentation, sales techniques and administration.
Conduct monthly one on one with all staff and weekly meeting.
Prepare the monthly Brand and Sales reports and discussing with Brand Manager & Buyer Manager.
