Job Responsibilities:
• Process Manager for IT Asset and Configuration Management
• Implemented IT Asset Management process by gathering IAR requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Established, maintaining and enforcing IT Asset Management policies, procedures, and processes
• Collaborating and working closely with CSD and BCP to identify and define asset classification, vendor classification and asset criticality definition and approach
• Collaborating with different teams to capture and map assets for their upstream and downstream relationships
• Oversee and manage end to end asset lifecycle management
• Developed procedures to maintain asset databases (CMDB); conducts training as needed to engage staff in accurate data collection and maintenance of asset records
• Responsible for hardware and software asset registration in IAR upon purchases and renewals
• Responsible for registering contracts with contract line items for entitlements, support, services and contract SLAs

Job Responsibilities:
• Process Manager for SACM - Service Asset and Configuration Management
• Oversee the IT Asset Management for hardware and software assets for the asset life cycle management
• Leading the hardware asset replacement program to ensure appropriate replacement cycles
• Supervising technical engineers in the management and deployment of IT assets as well as vendor and contract management activities
• Establishing, maintaining and enforcing Asset Management policies, procedures, and processes
• Developing procedures to maintain asset databases (CMDB); conducts training as needed to engage staff in accurate data collection and maintenance of asset records
• Performing inventories and usage monitoring of all IT Assets and records findings, changes and physical location
• Establishing project plans that include a schedule, budget, and communications plan with tasks and resources
