- Receive customer’s inquiries, study it, and communicate with engineering / estimation department to get it priced.
- Prepare the offer and follow up with our customers to negotiate / modify the offer until we closes the deal within company standard contract terms..
- Prepare the technical Submittals & explain our products and services to customers and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and meet them to provide sales support.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Build up and Update all the customers and projects list.
- Gather information about our competitors and its performance and identify what the market needs.
- Fully computerized and systemized for all paper work which increase the capability for execute the faster and perfectly.
- Fully archived to make an easy access for any information required at any time and to be used as log book for our reference.
- Prepare the daily visit Plan with objective for each visit.
- Prepare the weekly / monthly sales / job reports.
Job achievement :-
- Added value of the company by adding a new customers and changing some policy’s in the company for expediting the job execution.
- Take approvals from both Stockholder & consultant as new approval for some products in our company with governmental department.

Job description:
- Make selection for the pumps as we were agents for ALLWEILER pumps in Jordan and suppliers for other international companies.
-Analyze and respond to request for Quotation (RFQ) and request for information (RFI)'s from existing and potential Clients. (Pumps, Valves, Air compressors, Gas Dryer, Transformers, Generators, Motors, etc).
-Study tenders, projects and offers that send to us from local and international companies.
-Study offers technically and financially and makes comparisons between them to choose the best offer for submission to our customers.
