• Perform time studies and implement standards to help management in tracking daily productivity.

• Track projects from the start of receiving until finish.
• Check architectural and structural elements to be compatible with the drawings and specifications.
• Review engineering deliverables by initiate appropriate corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform quality control of all the work done on the project, including the budget, plans, schedule, and performance of the personnel involved.
• Make sure the quality of the finishing works (Gypsum board, Plaster, electrical works, painting, tiles & ceramics, aluminum doors & Shuttering).
• Watching blacksmith works, carpentry, electricity, firefighting, fire alarm, and install a security system.
• Receive the materials from suppliers and checking truck bill (cement type & content).
• Check service drawing (electrical, telephone, water plan, drainage).
• Check project specifications (doors type, painting type & colors, electrical wires manufacturing country, pipes diameter & type).
• Ensure compliance to all codes, practices, quality assurance policies, quality control policies, performance standards, and specifications that are applicable to the project.
• Control project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractors.
• Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets for all sites.

I worked in adolescent' protection project as a project manager since 01/06/2016 till 01/02/2017.
