1. Meeting new customers on daily basis for promoting OC WATERLOO,
NETHERLANDS range of Air Distribution Products (Grilles, Registers, Diffusers and
Louvers) in UAE and performing as a key sales professional in achieving quarterly and
yearly sales target.
2. Maintaining good relationship with the existing customers and meeting with them on
monthly basis to collect information whether any new project has been awarded to them.
3. Maintained a list of MEP Consultants who generally specifies OC WATERLOO brand
in their vendor list. Keeping track of latest jobs awarded to these MEP Consultants,
meeting with them to secure future business.
4. Visiting the under construction site.
5. Sending Daily Call Report to Sales Manager.
6. Preparing quotations as per the bill of quantity/ schedule received from customers.
7. Maintaining daily enquiries and quotations report.
8. Regular follow up regarding the status of quotations.
9. Reply to all queries related to the product.
10. Preparing technical submittal complying with the project specification, arranging
necessary samples and acquiring approvals of the products from the Consultant.
11. Closing transactions, taking orders and providing complete support during job execution.
12. Maintaining record of LPOs, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Performa Invoices, Cheques,
Letter of Intents, etc., of the customers.
13. Keeping record of monthly sales and payments.
14. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations gaining more profit margins to the company and
provide market feedback to sales manager.
