Performing as an intermediary between fund company investors and our processing department, I have gained thorough exposure to trade protocols, document handling, transactional procedures, account maintenance, and departmental policies. I have also acquired experience in providing support services while adhering to quality measures, and developed technical capacities by utilizing internal data systems.
