Job Profile and Responsibility:
 Maintenance activities of different type of E&I equipment’s and measuring devices, maintenance activities of different types of Transmitters PT, TT, LT, FT and Control Valves, PSV, PRV etc and Calibration of Pressure and Temperature Transmitter, Calibration of control valves.
 Knowledge of BOQ, SLD, Schematic diagram, Wiring diagram, Cable Schedule, P&ID and Instrumentation Loop diagram.
 Turnaround and Maintenance activities of Feed Gas Treatment Unit, Dehydration and NGL Recovery Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit, Feed gas separator, Filters replacement, Internal Tray replacement, Adsorber filters replacement, Fin fan coolers bundle replacement, Exchanger, Vessels and Columns CD/OD, Blinding and De-Blinding activities as per approved Blind list and P&ID drawings, internal servicing maintenance and cleaning activities, Inspection and Testing.
 Experience in the Turnaround and Shutdown maintenance and inspection/repair/overhauling of major mechanical stationary equipment in oil and gas, petrochemical facilities.
 Shutdown activities of Condensate Stabilization Unit, Sour Water Treatment Unit. Condensate Stabilizer, Reboiler, Feed Drum, Sour Water Stripper, Heat Exchangers, FIN FAN etc. CD/OD activities, Blinding and De-Blinding, Isolation and De-Isolation Operation assistance activities.
 Removal and Re Installation of Exchanger Channel Head and Tube Bundle, cleaning activities of Shell and tube, Hydro Jetting of tubes, Exchanger Shell and Tube Hydratesting, Conduct different Qc inspection and testing e.g. NDT and IRIS, Boroscopy. Replacement of Internal Plates and Demister Pad, Internal Cleaning of Stabilizer Column, Feed Drum filters replacement and cleaning activities

Job Responsibility:
 Worked in E&I activities of Remote Degassing Stations(RDS)- RDS5, RDS8, RDS9, MINIPAD's WELLHEAD CONTROL PANELS, OFFPAD Wellhead, DEWATERING CONTROL ROOM, 33KV RMU PANELS Installations, 3.3KV MOTOR (PUMP) PANEL Installation, Electrical works of Plant Switchgear Room.
 Installation of Control Room Panels, Lighting Installations, Cable Tray, Cable Pulling, Wellhead Control Panels, Solar Panels, Battery Box, Installation of MOVs, Junction Box, Main Distribution Box, Fire and Flame Detectors, Flammable Gas detectors, Different types of Sensors, Temperature Indicator, Pressure Indicator, Label Indicator, Different type of Transmitter, Installation of Pressure Transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Label and Flow transmitter and other measuring instruments.
 Installation of 2*4MVA, 33/3.45 KV Power Transformers, 2*2.5MVA, 3.3/0.433KV Transformer in RDS8 and RDS9 Substation, Busbar panels, VRC Motor panel, Disposal Motor Pump Panels, Wealhead control panels, Close Drain Drum and Oil Return Drum Panels installation, Manifold MOVs Main Distribution Board Panels installation, Cable Pulling, Cable Tray, Glanding and termination and panels installation of RDS8 Plant Control Room.
 Installation 290 KW Motor for Vapour recovery Compressor (VRC), 330KW Disposal Motor Pump installation, Motor of Close Drain Drum and Oil Return Drum, VRC FIN Fan Motors installation.
 Basic Knowledge of Dewatering Separator, Knock Out Drum (KOD), Nitrogen Injection Unit, Nitrogen Receiver, Instrument Air Receiver and Chemical Injection Unit.
 To conduct inspections all ongoing activities for electrical installations, to conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.
 Prepare method statement (MS), Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Control Procedures (QCP) in coordination with QA/QC senior engineers and Project engineers.
 Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with Project Requirements
 Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformance etc. Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non conformance reports and verification of corrective actions. Ensure that all works are carried out as per the ADNOC approved and compliance of corrective action.
 Review & approval on the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Project Execution Plan & other Project Procedures documents.
 Ability to Read and good Understanding of P&ID drawings and carryout works as per P&ID and Isometric drawings.
 Responsible to complete the E&I field works as per approved drawing & method statement.
 Ensure the materials used and quality of the work as per approved standard and specifications. Tools & Tackles, Equipment Thirty Party Documents to be maintained.
 Assess interference between activities, full time presence at the worksite during the whole duration of work, stay at working sites to follow-up progress of activities, ensure the safety of operations covered with PTW system in respect with ADNOC HSE rules.
 Implements the work activities based on the Method of Statement and Task Risk Assessment.
 Prepare MIS and other site related documents and report to construction manager.
 Ensuring that Project quality Plan and procedures, Performing inspections of installations when advised by construction-in-charges, Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification, Develop and maintain inspection procedures and techniques throughout the construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.
 Inspect high & low voltage terminations, cable pulling operations and substations, inspect above and below ground electrical installations, test transformer and switch gear oil, inspect on electrical motors, generators, transformers, switches etc.

➢ Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS)- Preparation of BOQ, Project planning and implementation, Assisting Discom in preparation of detailed work implementation schedule in association of Turnkey/Semi-turnkey contractor under IPDS scheme. ➢ Prepare formal engineering documents, drawings, specifications, field survey reports. ➢ Execution of 33/11KV Sub-Station, 33KV Feeder, 11KV HT Line, LT Line, Distribution Transformer (DTs) Installation, augmentation and capacity enhancement. Check and report on the substation equipment such as Circuit Breakers, Switchgear panels, Power transformer, Earthing materials, AC power supply system, DC power supply system, other indoor and outdoor S/S equipment. MV/LV switchgear installation. ➢ Quality Assurance & Quality control (QA/QC)-Prepare a Quality Assurance (QA) plan and quality control (QC) with the approval of the utility. Site inspection is done as per the Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP), Inspection &Test plan (ITP).

➢ Joint inspection of receiving materials at site on sample basis of major materials (Poles, Conductor, Meters, transformers, Cable), Testing of the electrical equipment like Distribution Transformer, Poles (STP, PCC), Cable, Conductor. ➢ MIS & Web portal updating and attend meetings with client and Contractors. ➢ SOLAR PV System/ OFFGRID Project Implementation by installing 300WP SHLS and 75WP Solar Street Light system under DDUGJY Scheme. ➢ Sizing and designing Knowledge of solar system and Energy saving solution. ➢ Cable Tray, Ladder fabrication and installation, Cable pulling, Glanding and Termination, Supervising and commissioning experience in PV system

Job Responsibility: ➢ Conduct preventive maintenance of LV incomers, MCB, MCCB, Main Isolators, wide range of motors. MG set (ac to dc). ➢ Cable inspection, pulling, glanding & termination, meggering, JBs installation. ➢ Demonstration and supervision of Electro Mechanical Machines. ➢ Carry out conditions monitoring like temperature, vibration and generate report. ➢ Carry out Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) ➢ Inspection, repair and replacement of electrical equipment, wiring, Electrical systems for damage, malfunctions and safety hazards. ➢ Maintenance of AC Machines, DC Machines, Preventive maintenance of electrical distribution system. ➢ Read technical diagram and blueprints and ensure that all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with safety procedure and guidelines.
