Lead, plan, organize and coordinate the execution of projects from design through construction, start-up and validation, ensuring that projects run on schedule, are cost effective and meet organizational objectives. Communicate and interact with contractors and ensure that work is performed safely and meets contractual specifications, scheduling and financial requirements. Communicate status of projects to applicable project team.Ensure that assigned projects conform to good engineering practices and that all applicable commissioning. Develop proper I/O points list for projects. Proactive interaction with the customer during the project estimation cycle for inputs, clarifications and information required to deliver the quality estimate within timeline.Provide leadership and “hand on” support, as needed, to identify, contain, correct and close all quality system deficiencies related to the BMS.Perform site inspections with consultant and/or owner representative. Acquire testing & commissioning basis (signed T&C reports, FAT, handover certificates, etc.) .Make and verify field devices selection. Make and verify controllers (DDC, field devices and Lighting Control devices) selection and panels design. Prepare and finalize the Building Management System (BMS) requirements of the project as per available documents and in consultation with the customer Programming DDC controllers with proper sequence of
operations.Provide input during regulatory inspections of BMS and Lighting control in relevant projects as needed .Track and report Installation and T&C progress.Make project documentation (Operation and Maintenance Manual, Drawings, Installation Instructions, correspondence, etc.). Communicate with project staff (Clients, contractor, sub-contractor, third party suppliers and owner representative, consultant).Develop and coordinate training for community of BMS and Lighting control users Selection of DDC controllers, Gateways and Field Devices like Sensors, Control Valves, Actuators, Flow Meters, Energy / BTU meters, etc. as per tender requirements.\
Programing and commissioning of Siemens controllers S7 300 and HMI with proper sequence of operations. Wiring and testing of Control Desk, MIMIC and Panels. Prepare commissioning reports and co-ordinate with project team. Communicate with project staff (Clients, contractor, sub-contractor, third party suppliers and owner representative, consultant). Give Proper Training to the end users about the system.
Developed Program Using Hybrid Control (HC900) and SCADA using Configuration Studio.
Developed DCS Program using Functional Block.
Develop SCADA Screen for Monitoring and Controlling the Process & Controlling Digital/ Analog Input.
Panel board wiring and motor control circuit board wiring.
Designing the process in the SCADA screen by using Intellution Fix 32 (v. 7.0) & Wonder ware Intouch (V.9.5).
Motor speed control by using VFD(variable frequency drives)
