- Trend Forecast and identify new Fabric, colour, style, Texture, Trims and Accessories for the upcoming season
- Market study on every pre season
- Fixing styles and theme for the upcoming season
- Graphic and style illustration for each styles accordingly
- Making Complete Techpack which is a documentation about each style that includes all parameters for production
- Making comments on Fit samples, Size set samples & Pre production samples
- In liaise with Buyer & Store person regarding fast moving & Slow moving styles & taking action to make it sell better
- In liaise with Creative director for presenting marketing activities like Seasonal Campaign / Photo shoot / Catalogues etc.
