5- Monitoring Progress, Compare with baseline.
6- Coordinate sub-contractor schedule with baseline.
7- Preparing Procurement schedule especially Long Lead items.
8- Coordinate submittals status with baseline.
9- Preparing weekly and monthly reports (Schedule, manpower, Quantity progress & performance reports for consultant and head office.
10- Coordinate with technical office for claims and variation orders

2- Preliminary engineering design if required.
3- Attend pre-tender meeting/site visitor if required.
4- Ensuring deadlines of tender.
5- Highlighting contract requirements of particular tender.
6- Understanding tender specification and technical requirements.
7- Prepare detailed schedule using Primavera P6 till Version 8.3.
8- Submits planning report such as preparation of manpower requirements for the project, preparation of material procurement report, Equipment need (Using Histograms for presenting them) in accordance with approved program.
9- Determining of Logical Relationships Best Practiced Types between activities for all situations.
10- Preparation of (Critical Path(s), Histograms, Productivity Lists, Summary Level Schedule, cash flow, charts) to be submitted as Supporting documents for the submitted detailed schedule.
11- Calculating production cost utilizing labor and material pricing schedule and historical data using primavera planning software.
12- Co-ordination with suppliers so as to get their best offer for the subject tender.
13- Preparation of best techno commercial offer.
14- On-time replay to post tender clarification.
15- Follow-up with customer to get updated after award handover the job to project team
