1- Prepare & implement applied code and ITP of the project (have good knowledge of
API, ASME and AWS codes).
2- Preparation of NDT procedures according to codes and project specifications.
3- Preparing & Reviewing & assuring of PQRs and WPSs as per project requirement,
Welder performance qualification, welders ID card & daily welding progress.
4- Ensure all requirements of ISO 9001 & API Q1 & ISO/TS 29001 & API 4F are
implemented in site.
6- Materials control, Traceability and inspection.
7- Responsible to inspect the product during the process and perform the visual check,
eliminate what is non conformity with international welding codes.
8- Supervise the repair task of the repairable product in accordance to approved repair
procedures.
9- Follow up the manufacture recommended working procedure of the production line
equipment and ensure that the instruction is understanding and implemented.
10- Reporting incidents of field nonconformities or product failures to quality manager.
11- Ensure the analysis of field nonconformities, provided the product or documented
evidence supporting the nonconformity is available to facilitate the determination of the
cause.
12- Ensuring that the products satisfy the design acceptance criteria or manufacturing
acceptance criteria.
13- Ensuring from continual improvement and take decisions based on gathering
information and analysis of data.
14- Ensure all the warehouse and factory equipment are calibrated and follow up updated
calibration plan.
15- Analysis of welding defects causes and its extent to take the necessary corrective
action to eliminate the defects sources.
16- Coating Inspection for final products either coating contact with Sweet, Salt water &
soil & hydrocarbon Liquids and Air.
Projects:
1- Fabrication sets of solid control system for land rig (1500 & 2000 HP) in
accordance with AWS & API 4F Codes.
2- Repair Deformed Mast for Land Rig 1500 HP of Sino Tharwa drilling company
ST#5.
3- Fabrication pressure vessels with pressure capacity up to 21 MPa. in accordance
with API 510 and ASME VIII Div.1 & 2.
4- Fabrication portable Fuel & Water tanks with capacity up to 45 m.
