Manage all the Procurement activities for Project Materials, Consumables, Local and international purchase & transactions, Evaluate the technical and commercial of bid offers, Supply chain & Construction Sub-contracts, Negotiation, finalizing the orders, issuing PO, follow up, payment release-, Logistics international, custom clearances etc. vendor technical qualification, attending daily and progress meetings, updating the same to higher management etc, development of Procurement department standard procedures. Develop strategies to implement procurement action plans to ensure timely deliver materials for the projects
Manage and coordinate a team for material technical submittals from client/consultants in various project sites based on the project specifications. Arrange alternatives proposals. Coordinate with consultants and support the team for technical matters for project materials.
•Implementing the IMS and complying of all procurement team activities as per company policies. Internal meetings for cost control and KPI’s measurement.
