* Over all in charge of the yard in terms of HSE, Maintenance and organization

* Coordinating with the transporter and site before departure of the truck, informing of items loaded contact details of truck & driver.

* Supply the PSV/ Escort Vessels/ Main store - this should
be done according to order/ manifest and confirmed
accordingly

required destination.

C. Follow up on Manifest
* Ensure Provisions supplied as per requirement, and
recorded properly any issues to be highlighted
