throughout MENA region and within the internal PMO office and organization.

Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and resources to maximize customer
satisfaction, project quality, and financial performance.

Team well with other Sun organizations, such as PS Sales, Support Services, Sales, etc. and
work with account and engagement teams to maximize accounts revenues and bottom-line
profit and to solidify planning & forecasting.

Manage and delegate to reporting project managers and technical leads throughout the phases
of the program and act as the principle program manager.

Responsible for thoroughly understanding the customer environment, monitor
or manage the business context for the environment, and the solution that
provides to the customer. The primary interface point between the customer
and the service delivery and professional services organization, and between
the customer and executive management.

Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
- Ensure Day-To-Day Service Management for EHDF VIP Customers
- Deliver PDR (Provider Delivery Reports) To Customers
- Negotiate SLAs, OLAs and Underpinning Contracts
- Define Service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Align SLAs with service operations
- Optimize service resource requirements
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys as needed.
- Ensures continuous improvement of services.
- Support and maintain customer up sell, retention, renewal, account
management, and service.
